IRIS ParentMail is our new, secure online portal and free mobile app for parents. It's designed to bring all school-to-home interaction into one central, easy-to-use place, helping you manage school life for your child (or children) more simply and efficiently.

The ParentMail system enables parents to easily access and manage all essential school information via a web browser or the free mobile app.

  • Online Forms and Consent: Complete and submit permission slips, medical forms, dietary requirements, and data collection forms digitally, eliminating the need for paper copies. The system also sends automatic reminders to ensure forms are completed on time.

  • Single Account for Multiple Children/Schools: If you have multiple pupils at the school, or even at different schools that use ParentMail, you can access all their information from a single ParentMail account.

  • Record Absences: Report your child's absence due to illness directly through the app.
